Recipes Passed Down, Not Reinvented

Our kitchens still follow recipes once prepared exclusively for the royal household — slow-cooked dals, baatis baked over wood embers, and the desert classic ker sangri.

Every thali is served on hammered silver-toned vessels, exactly as it would have been generations ago.

Dine Beneath Century-Old Trees

Choose the candlelit garden restaurant beneath neem trees older than the hotel itself, or the formal dining hall with its crystal chandeliers.
